 On Sunday morning my 4 month old and I both came down with a congested nose, sore throat, sneezing, coughing and slight fever.  I was really worried for both of us as I have such a full work schedule I can’t afford to take any time off, and with my daughter being so young, I was also very worried about this maybe even being Pertussis.

Flu Prevention:  Put one tablet (half tablet for children) under tongue every two weeks during winter months.  Crush half-tablet for toddlers and infants.
