- 1 banana
- 1-2 tablespoons seed or nut butter of your choice - make your own or buy raw if you can
- 1 tablespoon mini dark chocolate chips or carob chips
- Other optional ingredients: chia seeds, cherries, raisins
Directions
- Peel banana and cut in half lengthwise.
- From each half cut a small āvā out of the center.
- Fill the āvā with peanut butter and sprinkle with chocolate or carob chips.
