Hannah's Bananas


Description

A quick easy snack for playdates, after school or anytime you hear the "I'm hungry!" cry.

  • 1 banana
  • 1-2 tablespoons seed or nut butter of your choice - make your own or buy raw if you can
  • 1 tablespoon mini dark chocolate chips or carob chips
  • Other optional ingredients:  chia seeds, cherries, raisins

Directions

  • Peel banana and cut in half lengthwise.
  • From each half cut a small ā€œvā€ out of the center.
  • Fill the ā€œvā€ with peanut butter and sprinkle with chocolate or carob chips.
