Our children’s bodies are amazing. They are bombarded with toxins. Despite this they grow, they laugh, they run, they climb and learn. We know all the toxins our children are exposed to – in the food, in the air, in the water – are not good for them. These toxins are known and suspected carcinogens, hormone disruptors and neurotoxins-toxins. Our children’s bodies do their best, but why not reduce their load? Here are 5 steps to get you started.

There's always more to think about when it comes to keeping our children healthy.  For true health, we nourish our children's bodies with REAL food and supplements, and we also need to lessen our children's toxic burden. Some things are under your control and some things aren't.  Choose to change what you can control.  Often a mom will work hard to clean up her child's diet but will forget that her child is also 'consuming' things through the skin and air that are contributing to illness or disease. Just like with food in your home, you have the opportunity to support your child's immediate and long-term health by lessening the his toxic exposure.
