Ingredients: enriched flour (wheat flour, niacin, reduced iron, thiamine mononitrate {vitamin b1}, riboflavin, {vitamin b2}, folic acid), semisweet chocolate chips (sugar, chocolate, dextrose, cocoa butter, soy lecithin - an emulsifier, vanillin - an artificial flavor), sugar, high oleic canola oil and/or canola oil and/or soybean oil, high fructose corn syrup, cornstarch, leavening (baking soda and/or calcium phosphate), milk (enzyme modified), salt, natural and artificial flavor.
 
 
Answer: 100-Calorie Pack Chips Ahoy Thin Crisps - Only 100 calories, but with virtually no nutritional value, high fructose corn syrup and other unhealthy ingredients, these little cookie crisps (and most others) are not a Real Food for our kids!
