 Every child I see has another pediatrician to meet their primary care needs.
Urgent/emergent sick care, 24 hour phone coverage and well child visits are not offered.

Initial Consultation Fee [1 hour] $225
Follow-up Appointment Fee [45 minutes] $155
Follow-up Appointment Fee [30 minutes] $110

If Blue Cross Blue Shield is the insurance carrier for your child:
Please call BCBS and ask if Susan McCreadie, MD participates with your plan. 
If I participate with your BCBS insurance plan, your child's office visit will be billed on you behalf to BCBS.

If Blue Cross Blue Shield is NOT the insurance carrier for your child:
Fees are due the same day of service. 
You will be provided with a receipt of payment to forward to your child's insurance carrier for reimbursement.
Please contact the insurance carrier for their current procedure on how to obtain reimbursement.

Your child's Initial Consultation includes:

• A review of your child's complete history
• A physical exam
• A requisition for laboratory testing (if needed)
• An initial plan for healing, which may include: nutraceuticals, homeopathic remedies, and/or a referral for other complementary therapies

• A review of your child's interim history (since the last visit)
• A physical exam
• A review of laboratory testing (if applicable)
• A review of improvement and/or pitfalls in healing (since the last visit)
• A revised plan for healing, which may include: adjusting nutraceuticals, adjusting homeopathic remedies, and/or a referral for other complementary therapies
