I am a teacher at heart. I started out in the classroom and I continue to teach through writing, seminars, and classes.  My passion has always been to impact children's lives in a positive way, which is why I love working with moms who are interested in learning about how nutrition impacts their children's health.  I empower moms to make changes in their families that will improve the health of their own children and of the planet our children will inherit.
